Trust the recipe and follow it blindly – result is awesome. Quick and deliciously simple recipe. Until I tasted the final outcome, I had my doubts how/if the recipe will turn out considering such few ingredients (and with no onion or tomatoes or any cutting for that matter). I kept thinking along the way if I should probably add some readymade packet chicken masala powder or methi or something else to it. I reminded myself of the comments that the users had posted – and continued to proceed with the recipe to the T. Thanks to all those who post(ed) responses about the end result after they try out a video (in this case this recipe).

I wouldn’t say it’s the best chicken recipe I have made, but it is definitely the most optimal chicken recipe I have made till date (least ingredients, <30 mins cooking time, no cutting, works beautifully as a side dish in a sambar, or dal or rasam meal).
