It's "masala" not marsala. Masala is the word for spice in Urdu.

Hello from Bombay (Mumbai) India! My partner and I are great fans of your channel and enjoy making (and eating!) your wonderful salads and chicken dishes. However, we dont get Marsala wine in this country. Would Harvey's Bristol Cream sherry be a good substitute? If not, what would you suggest?

And obviously if you don’t drink or are sober, just use extra chicken stock and maybe some herbs to increase the flavour of the sauce.
