wow i was using whole package with 700-800gr chicken breast.. after eating food, always having headache.. shouldn’t I use whole package in one time or what?

Thank you! Good I saw your recepie before putting whole pack for 1 chicken..looks like it would be very spice for a non indian!))). But what about salt? Is it already inside the spices mix? 3 tbl spoon isenough for 1250 grams of chicken?
