@nat’s what I reckon – I have used my tefal induction for many years and highly recommended it. Once you realise you only need the hotpot button and it’s 1-10 range heat settings and boost. I use the boil button for water, quicker than a kettle.

If you pop into Shinjuku, look on Google maps for Bar Composition. It’s a little underground, dark and quiet bar where they serve some of the best drinks I’ve had in my life. I’m not even a big drinker and I went there twice in 3 days 😂
