I am a huge fan and have tried so many of your recipies and they are helping me stay motivated on my Weight Watchers journey. (I have lost 97 #s woohoo!) So a huge thank you! I do have a question or two for you if you could help me–first I am going to try the brownie recipe here (which is 3 pts on ww per serving and so healthy–I will sub Vermont Maid Sugar Free Syrup for the Maple Syrup though. I really want to try the mug cake but i don't own a microwave–can I cook this in the air fryer or my conventional oven? Also can I sub unsweetened applesauce for the coconut oil in the mug cake? I will probably try these things on my own anyway as most things are trial and error and I'm always something things out to fit my neeeds. Thak you so much for everything!
