You might of wanted to use a better grade of ground beef the 93% with 7% Fat would of been a better choice

Y’all… this might sound crazy BUT I always add a big dollop of bacon grease from the frig to my goulash! It adds that little flavor I just love!! Give it a try., you’ll taste the difference! Love you both! Sherri from eastern Kentucky roots! ❤

The paper towel hack for soaking up the grease blew my mind.
