When fish broth is called for I always use the shrimp shells and any vegitabl trimmings to make a quick seafood broth instead of boxed broth or clam juice. It would work in the recipe….

I love your seafood stuff! I'm curious, though, why did you saute the calamari in advance? It's about the same cook time as shrimp. Great channel!

Those looked like cooked shrimp as raw is usually a light grey color- at least here in the US. Same thing with your other recipes when you refer to them as cooked shrimp. Still, its a good fast food recipes when I get home and I am craving for seafood.
