Can i marinate more than 15 min? Or this is the minimum? Ive never used baking soda so i don't know if this does anything to meat texture thats why i ask. Or else i know 24 hr marinate is ok.

I made this beef and broccoli (along with Aaron and Claire’s fried rice) last night for a dinner with friends and it came out amazing! It truly hit the craving spot for all of us who were in the mood for an authentic Asian dish. Thank you for this and all of your delicious recipes. I can’t wait to make more!

i counter a problem with the beef when i start to bake, it smells like amonia :s could it be of the baking soda? thx in advance.

I cooked with a wok for the first time tonight, and this was the dish I went with! I used asparagus and mushrooms instead of broccoli and carrots, as that's what I had on hand, and it was absolutely delicious! My fiance and I were blown away! Thanks so much! Have a haul of staples from the local Asian market, and can't wait to dive into your other videos!
