You actually need only 4 or 5 brickets for such a small meal. Cobb recommends only 8 for a regular meal. Chicken or small roast. You can add chopped veggies in moat or small potatoes wrapped in foil. A cup of water in the moat will also keep food moist.

Better to use the roasting rack….and ditch the Briquettes. You will get hotter, longer lasting heat by using REAL hardwood charcoal.

Is Indoor Cooking recommended as it have Charcoal Briquettes and it releases Carbon Monoxide ?
