Bell peppers are not necessary in a Filipino Spaghetti you need Onion, Garlic Banana Ketchup, Filipino style spag sauce, Cheddar cheese, Ground beef/pork and Hotdogs… salt, pepper and a bit of sugar to taste that’s it

I don't use condensed milk instead pineapple juice in my spaghetti. It balances the sweetness and tanginess of the sauce. Try it.
