You want your fresh burgers to be juicy? Roll two thin patties from the one fat one. Sandwich an ice cube between them. Cook as usual, thank me later.

Frozen patties are not as juicy as fresh patties. I know because I've cook many patties both way. Fresh is always better and juicier.

Im doing smash only as of now, no more frozen BS.
Alsoi call BS on that US chef, either he has his own frozen burgers pre-made or he buys them frozen and then you still only get seasoning on top, not in the meat.

Nothing is better than fresh food and why would frozen be juicier then fresh. The juice is the fat, does it get fattier by being frozen

What about air fryer ? Then season
