I am a thigh lover. Bone-in or not.....I prefer the thigh above all.
These days breasts also good but chickens are grown so big lately that breasts are tougher! I prefer younger, smaller hens but harder to find at the market.
Simple recipes, executed smartly and with care.
Cooking should be easier than many assume and if we start with wholesome ingredients and love the process, our guests will notice and appreciate.
Simple is always best.
Cooking is soulful and especially fun! Enjoy pleasing family and guests and we will grow in our hearts..... and the satisfaction of giving our hearts to those we care about is heavenly!

Looks delicious. The ONLY diff is cooking method. KFC uses a special pressure cooker to fry theirs.

No seasoning on the chicken itself. None on the mashed potatoes. Oh gosh! Looks nice, but I can’t do it. I love my seasonings on my chicken, and in my batter. I mean there’s not even salt or pepper on the potatoes. Lol
