Beautifully cooked and plated. I would top off that pretty plate with a dash of color from one or more of the ingredients from either the Braising Sauce or the Risotto. A thin sliver of the Grana Padono cheese with a sprig of parsley and a sliver of the Saffron. WOW! What a treat of a dish!! Thank you for sharing. 👏 😊❤
