Do you fully bake the bread the first time in the oven? Or do you leave it a little undercooked so it doesn’t overbake the second time through?

I never made bread before but it turned out really great! My only mistake was not letting it rise longer (it's perfect, just feels like it could be fluffier). IT IS SO DELICIOUS THOO!! As a beginner, my arms were so tired I had to ask my brother to knead it for me halfway through lol. thank you for tje recipe ♡
