2) Can you please recommend good and safe silicone cooking utensils? I'm a bit paranoid about buying silicone cooking utensils because I'm afraid they'll flake off into the food. Can you please tell us where to get some that are BPA (among other things) safe?

3) Can you please show us a pasta recipe in the future using whole grain pasta? I'm having such a difficult time making tasty dishes with it. I'm using it because it is "healthier."

4) What cooking oils do you use exclusively?
