I made that chicken for dinner one night for my 3 kids and wife… and … oh boy oh boy oh boy… THEY LOVED IT… Since I love to cook with garlic I have 2 jars sitting on my countertop aging in olive oil …

Your videos are just great, both didactic and fun to watch. One question: you´ve covered the chicken breast with flour, but in another video recommended not to do that with meat in order to have a better Maillard reaction. When should it be used or avoided?
