Looks great. I'm sure it's wonderful coming back up after eating that medium rare chicken breast… I'm joking (sort of)… Make sure to get 170 internal on that chicken folks. Again… It does look delicious, though.

I always add lemon juice in the end and zest in the middle. Lemon juice freshneess goes away quickly with all that cooking
