Last time I made it w/cubed beef & we decided we actually prefer this dish made w/ground, thanks for sharing your recipe=)
Also glad you mentioned coriander for this recipe~ yay! I keep forgetting to add it to my spice cabinet, since I recently enjoyed something w/coriander as the dominant seasoning. I had not used it for years, but remember it being one of my favorite flavors for beef~ funny how that happens sometimes. …it just disappears from memory somehow- or maybe just mine!
I have been using dry mustard & nutmeg instead, so this will be interesting to try. Serving it w/the sauteed zucchini is perfect to, imho. Always really enjoy your posts, thanks again for the effort & time you invest in making them🌼Samantha in AZ
