In Spanish we call this dessert flan and sometimes we pour the liquor over the caramel with a little dulce de leche and whipped cream. So delicious!!!

I made this with the airfryer.. Total mess since I didn't manage to do the water bath.. but I did it anyway .. and I wanna tell ya, it still tasted good.. very very dry .. but good.
