Loved this! I do actually like dipping it in the sauce made here. The acid cuts through the richness, so one eats more! Lol. But yes, banana ketchup and sweet chili sauce are great as well. Can also add chopped onions in that vinegar.

Making lumpia simple is the best because most Filipinos before didn't have all these tools just a knife. The more home made for me the yummier! And usually all this is a social activity. I remember my mom would do it with others maids or other women in the family or friends present.

You can also make lumpia with mung beans sprouts too and it’s the best! There’s nothing like it! It’s called Lumpiang Togue and it is scrumptious dipped in coconut vinegar. 😊
