I would replace the beef with boneless chicken breasts, trade the beef broth with vegetable broth, cream of chicken instead of cream of mushroom soup, some Ranch dressing instead of cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Lastly, switch out the egg noodles with 3 cups of rice. Otherwise, I wouldn't change a thing.
