I just made this. While it’s easy and pretty, it just tastes like taco hamburger helper (but fresher and healthier). A dollop of sour cream in the center adds to the taste.

Looks good, only I would have added onion. I don't know how to cook without onion. But I will definitely try this recipe, with the onion of course.
