Great recipe! I also add 1tsp of Thyme, Rosemary and Sage to the flour. It tastes great with just butter or to use for sandwiches

I've been making this for years using Jim Lahey's recipe. Pretty much the same as this. Delicious. Makes awesome toast as well.
