I like how the chef doesn't blow on his food like all the other make believe chefs do. This Chef is not a wimp and eats it hot without blowing on the spoon.

Chef, have you ever used buttermilk in soup? We're expecting a winter storm here in the NE, so I planned on making a soup. I have buttermilk left over from your polenta recipe [excellent by the way] and was wondering if I could add some to a soup – or would it curdle? Thanks for all. Rick
