Bao buns is repetitive. Bao means bun, hence you are saying bun bun. You don’t say Mount Fujiyama because yama already means mountain. It should be Fujiyama or Mt. Fuji. You also don’t say hot water heater. Water heater would suffice. In summary, say bao or bun but not both.

Looks great! Only thing I’d have done different is to mix all the dry ingredients into the liquid first…it’d be more evenly distributed in the marinade!
