Ginger – 2-3&lt;br&gt;7.	Hot water &lt;br&gt;8.	Hing -1/2tsp &lt;br&gt;9.	Curd – 500g&lt;br&gt;10.	Sugar -50g&lt;br&gt;11.	Cumin seeds -50g&lt;br&gt;12.	Dry red chilli -2-3&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Preparation Procedure: &lt;br&gt;1.	Soak urad daal for 8-9 hours &lt;br&gt;2.	Grind the soaked urad daal &lt;br&gt;3.	Add all the spices i.e. cumin seeds, salt, hing, chopped green chilli and chopped ginger &lt;br&gt;4.	Beat up the mixture till it floats in the water. &lt;br&gt;5.	Fry pakora in hot oil.&lt;br&gt;6.	Now, take some hot water and add hing and put the pakora in the that water and keep it aside. &lt;br&gt;7.	Further, add sugar in the curd and mix well. &lt;br&gt;8.	Make powder of cumin seed and red chilli to spread on the dahi Bhalla.&lt;br&gt;9.	Take out the pakora from the water and squeeze the water out of it and put them in a bowl. &lt;br&gt;10.	Now, put the dahi, red chutney, green chutney and masala on the pakora. &lt;br&gt;11.	Dahi Bhalla is ready to be served.]]></description>
