A few things you didn't need to do like butter in the apple sauce or mustard on the carrots. It's comfort food indeed, but not something you'd eat regularly as it looks easily around 2000 calories a pop😂😂. The gravy granules at the end probably totally changed and ruined the flavour profile of the pork you took 3.5 hrs to achieve so I didn't see the point in that. Still looked good and yous both enjoyed it. I say it often Kieth but you really need to taste your food as you go, because if you had, I'd say you would not have added the bisto at the end.
