My triglycerides went down nearly 100 points, my cholesterol numbers improved tremendously, and my A1c dropped to below 6.0 and has stayed in that range for three years. I no longer take blood pressure medication or cholesterol medication thanks to Metabolism.

No baking time and temperature? I guess 400 for 30-35 minutes? That sounds about right.

I followed the recipe but added 3 really ripe bananas and honey came out pretty good.
