I'm gonna try this method n recipe . Love pork belly. I will deviate slightly by saving the water used to boil the meat n, reduce it down till the fatty goodness remains n use it to baste and drizzle after it's grilled.

What if after boiling, you put it in the fridge overnight and then cook it in the airfrier the next day. Will it still be 30mins / 30mins?

Different spices but what's good about this is the simplicity no need to cook at high heat because the boiling cooked it almost through and 2 cooking cycles 30 min each put it in and forget about it no burning.
