I used a homemade paleo flour blend, 2 c almond flour, 1-1/3 arrowroot flour and 2/3 coconut flour. The extra dryness of those flours absorbed the moisture very evenly. I toasted the walnut halves with a little olive oil and honey. Do you think I could add another egg for a bit of extra protein? Thank you for sharing! Wonderful presentation!!
