Hi All! If you like me and have bad shouldets…mixing like John!!!! Ha! He'd have to come here! I used a deep bowl and grabbed my immersion blender with both hands! Just make sure our bowl is deep! Or use a deep pan. You want to keep a couple drops of batter!!!
