It’s kinda sweet but tasty with sesame seeds. I found it once where I live in CA. ITS called Jimbap or Gimpap not certain but it was famous in the Philippines a long time ago.

4 garlic cloves – crushed and chopped
2 green onions – chopped
Soy sauce – 2tbsp
Sugar – 2tbsp
Water – 3 tbsp
Sesame oil – 1tbsp
Black pepper – 1/2 TSP
Sesame seeds -1tbsp – pinch with finger

Fillet mignon – freeze to slice easier for 1 1/2 hours

Combine and marinade for 30 min
