Made this for dinner last night and it was a HUGE win. I've been trying to make this dish but it never came out right. This reminded me of my meals growing up and I'm glad I can share them with my husband and my son. Love all of your recipes. Thanks for having pressure cooker segments. Just Made this recipe and WOW it was delicious!! I added some extra ingredients of my own but still an amazing dish and honestly I never felt comfortable using my pressure cooker but after today I’ve fully converted to the of the pressure cooker lol

Hi chef. I'd like to compliment you on your videos. You've obviously had some great training and personal experience from family. I wanted to also mention how easy it is to follow your instructions because you really offer a lot of info on the videos but it really flows at least your style works for me.
