I just met John recently and I was so glad to know that he has been a math and science teacher and I think that's a big reason why his recipes are fool proof. Got his book signed by him. It was such a wonderful event. I have never ever made en effort in my life to meet any celebrity, just didn't care even around them. But this was more of an inspirational effort to go and meet him. I mean, have made so many of his recipes, he is my teacher. Shoutout to you John – always wishing the best for you and your family !

Two things: 1. I LOVE everything in this man's kitchen from the design to the pots and utensils. 2. why brown the flour first before adding the liquids?

John, this is coming from an English teacher. Please stop using adjectives when you should use an adverb.
Example: quicker when quickly or more quickly should be used.
Just sayin…..
