Over here in the World we eat kabab or chicken kabab almost in every grill party the go so will with a tortilla bread and Tahinni some Lettuce !!! You should But Tomatoes and onion in the metal Thing !!! Cheers~

Usually I use yogurt, garlic, and curry powder to make chicken kebobs. Mustard is not a very popular marinating product in the Middle East. This must be the Americanized version but it does look good and I shall try it.
