I live in New York, near Buffalo… We get very little seafood selections. I don’t think I could find the brown meat of crab 😢😢

Donal, tried this dish earlier this week. I must say, I really enjoyed making it (those flavours…WOW). However, I was expecting a bit more taste, more punch. I think this dish really need a generous bit of salt and extra garlic to give that typically 'fish pasta' taste. Maybe boiling the pasta with fish stock and use the seeds of the chillies? Not sure, but will try this next time. (Note: I did not use the brown crab)
