Just realized this video isn’t brand new – new to me of course 🙂. Question: how would the ratio be cookies to cream cheese to coating melt to just make like 6 of them? Only 1 family member is an Oreo fan, & it would be fun to make to surprise them. Thx!

At Christmas we use sugar cookie sprinkles on the chocolate in red and green.

My mixture makes a mess on my hands when rolling. I tried putting the mixture in the fridge for an hour and then rolling..this was a bit less messy but ended up still sticking to my hands. What am i doing wrong???

My good friend's mom used to make these in the early 2000's. I've always thought of them during the Holiday season. I've meandered around for the last 20 years, hoping to chew these again. And now, 33 year-old me, said "Fuck that, I'm gonna make my own."

Now, here I am. Learning how to make my own. Hell yeah.

I made these tonight and what John doesn’t tell you is they are over-the-top sweet and rich…I think smaller balls would be better and maybe even a less sweet cook such as ginger snaps…I have a sweet tooth and probably won’t make these again, just way too sweet and rich…

can you substitute cream cheese with something else
