I work in a supermarket meat department. The other day i marked down a 4 pound pork roast to just under 4 dollars. Went home and that night this video came up… it was meant to be. Making it this Sunday.

This was so helpful. And this was hands down the most successful and delicious roast I've ever made. Not sure if I'll ever make another in the crockpot again.

Thinking about making this into a soup using refried beans into the pan drippings with corn, diced tomatoes & green chilis…. maybe strain a can of black beans into it. 🤔 make some corn bread… or rice.
