I'll be doing this, but by hand since I don't have a stand mixer. Do you have any special instructions for making the dough? I'm new at making bread and I need all the advice I can get.
P.S. I wonder how many people got the "Anticipation" song reference with the honey pour?

I love rye bread but I prefer dark rye. The problem is that it is very difficult to procure dark rye flour. No grocer stocks dark rye. Why is this so?

Can you please teach us how to make pumpernickel bread? Or the dark brown bread they serve at Cheesecake Factory? I hardly ever go to that restaurant because I personally don’t like the food but that bread with butter omg. I love it! I would like to learn how to make it at home.
