I’ve made several recipes for sour dough, holding on to my favorites. This one was magnificent!! Thank you for such a no-fuss, yet exceptional loaf. This will be my go-to sandwich bread.

Hi! Do I need to feed the starter before refrigerating it?. Also, would it be an issue if I let the dough sit over night in the refrigerator and then bake it next morning?.
