What cracks me up most about this video is this: You call it Twice cooked pork, but only cooked the pork once. Traditional "Double Cooked Pork" is first brought to a boil in a pot of water, then simmered for 15 minutes, removed, drained and dried with paper towels, THEN thinly sliced and pan fried until slightly browned. Hence the name "Double Cooked Pork" or "Twice Cooked Pork" 🤣😭🤣

I love this recipe! I have a slight variation that just uses more jalapeno and some dried chilies with oyster sauce.
