Can you make the New Orleans Food and Spirit Voodoo Crawfish Rolls? I had them and it's so good. And this looks so similar. I'm just not sure what is the wrapper is. I know it's battered with flour like onion rings.

My fiancé and I loved this!! Even went to his job telling his coworkers how good it was. COOP every recipe I’ve tried from you has been bomb. I’m eating this crawfish bread with your crawfish pasta as I type this 😋
