Hey so question. I’ve an egg allergy and it’s not bad, I can take an antihistamine then eat stuff like cake where the egg has been mixed in so it’s diluted and cooked. But some recipes are just too eggy to risk. What substitutes do you recommend to egg?

The ones I use can be pretty hit or miss. I make great banana pancakes tho 😌

Love that you used white corn instead of the yellow one, which seems to be America's favourite.
Even though we do eat sweet corn, the white one is the most common in Mexico, specially when it comes to elotes or esquites, so this feels closer to home.
