On the composter I think they were talking about those tabletop "composters" what macerate and dehydrate food scraps to then be used as compost. As you may have noticed its not actually compost, it still needs to rot, idk if ir would smell if used on indoor plants, but outside it would be fine. I just imagine it being useful for people that have plants on the patio most appartments have. A worm bin would be a much cheaper alternative though since they dont really smell either.

I store ripe avocados in the fridge in a Tupperware filled with water. Stops them from going bad. They will last months. Trick I learned on TikTok.

I believe the question is about the LOMI composter. It is a small indoor, countertop model that creates compost in 24 hrs. It runs about $500.

Kitchen composters are not good. At all. Horrible for the environment, not real compost, etc. ATKs reviews are generally solid, but that's disappointing .
