Love the Crockpot Express! I read the Consumer Report review that put CP to the test against Instant Pot. The CP pressurized faster and cost significantly less. That with the Yogurt function sold me. The only downside is what you pointed out — a nonstick pot rather than stainless steel.

I don't know about the other brands but IP seems to bring out new, updated models almost continuously. Then the older models go on "sale" then on "close-out" then on clearance. Then somebody (probably an employee) gets the floor model for dirt-cheap. One thing I like is to pressure cook meat to almost done, then switch it to the bbq or convection oven to finish it off. Great report by the way.
