Also bake the potatoes first before layering, else it won't cook properly. I would also sauteed the onions in butter and then layer it to bring out maximum flavor.

Such a waste of a huge amount of oil and butter….and why not to fry just in a pan instead of a strainer?
Also, there are aluminum bowls or ceramic bowls, why to make a flimsy ones?

ALUMINUN IS VERY UNHEALTHY TO USE FOR COOKING. WHY DONT YOU USE GLASS CONTAINERS. FRYING THE CHICKEN IN THE BASKET DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. SO MUCH BUTTER AND OIL, WHAT A WASTE. YOU ONLY NEED JUST A LITTLE TO BROWN THE CHICKEN. THATS WHAT YOU DID, NO THANK YOU

The chicken does not look done. Should have cooked that concoction for at least 45 minutes at temp of 375° to get everything done evenly.
