I would add about 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of Marmite to that.

The Marmite will add a more profound Beef flavour.

Trust me you will agree with me, after trying it with Marmite.

Yeah, the big pot certainly enough to feed 4 to 6 paxs. Even not eating it, i can see the broth is full of taste. I had tried the Korean Bulogi and my hubby loves it. Will try this too.
