I recently tried one of the simplest dishes that was a delightful surprise. Whole onions oven roasted at 375° for 90+ minutes. You can put anything on them that you would a baked potato but honestly salt and pepper is enough. Maybe you could put the Olds Cool touch on this dish and take it to the next level.
