This recipe is now a favorite in my household. I’m a Foster Mom and when my kids either age out or move on to more permanent placements, I put together a little hand written cook book with some of their favorite meals in it, as well as words of encouragement. That way they have that connection and can continue to create fond memories at their own supper tables.
