Vreau sa te intreb: cât procentaj de proteine are faina pe care o folosești tu,pt ca în România sunt alte tipuri de făină și asa ma orientez după gramajul de proteine sau cât % are

Just made these for dinner tonight and they were delicious! So soft and pillowy and full of garlic flavor, I loved them so much. I usually fail when it comes to yeast dough recipes but you made this so easy to follow and prepare. This will be the yeast roll recipe I use from here on out. Thank you!

Mine is on its first proofing. I’m scared cause it would not pull away from the bowl when I was mixing. Hope it comes out ok 😂
